Events

Das Jahr 2019 steht bei uns ganz im Zeichen von Events und verschiedenen Festivals innerhalb von Nordrhein-Westfalen. Genauer gesagt sind wir auf Street Food Festivals von unterschiedlichen Betreibern unterwegs und bieten unsere authentischen singapurischen Gerichte an. Dazu gehören eigentlich immer Laksa, Curry Puffs und Kueh Salat. 

Damit es für dich einfacher ist herauszufinden auf welchen Events du uns finden kannst gibt es hier eine List unserer anstehenden Events im Jahr 2019:

2019 is a year where you can find us on events and street food festivals around Düsseldorf. We will be in different events and you can keep track of where we are on here or on our social media. And of course there will always be classics like Laksa, Curry Puff and Kueh Salat that we serve.

Instead of selling laksa we are selling Ngor Hiang Bowl this month at all the events we are attending. Ngor hiang is a minced porks, shrimp and water chestnut roll wrapped in beancurd skin and seasoned with 5 spices. We serve our ngor hiang with pak choi, rice, sesame oil sauce and a drizzle of sweet soy sauce. Garnished with fried onion and garlic. 🍚
